We often say thank you for something, or we think about things we are grateful for. But have you truly felt the emotions of those feelings? Saying something out loud doesn’t connect our brain and heart in coherence - we need actually feel that emotion to have a deeper impact. I challenge you to go through your day and when you say ‘thank you’ to someone to really connect with them. Look them in the eye, FEEL the thank you. The same thing goes for gratitude. There’s a lot of talk right now about being grateful, but only talking about it isn’t what produces the result of connectivity. Practice the true feeling to gratitude, because that’s what will create the vibration that connects us with MORE things to be grateful for.
